it's rainy saturday

and very cold and yucky outside. so i decided to dance.

me and mom also pretended to be dogs for a while, and we took turns fetching things. here is my sister petting me.

a request

yesterday i was talking to God. i asked him to bring me a dog. he said no, because he was too busy fighting bad guys.

stories like these are good for the dinner table. keeps things lively.

bad guys

on the way home from school, i told my mom this:

"i do not like bad guys, and i do not love bad guys.

bad guys do not like or love me.

it is because i hit them with a sword, and it is really hard. "

dad says i will have to work on that whole "love your enemies" thing.

snow days! (and nights)

FINALLY it snowed. a little bit of real snow that you can play in. not just silly sleet and icy roads. so we put on my snow boots (which i really like) and went outside! mom and dad said it would probably melt first thing in the morning, so we better go outside right away. my dad and i made this snow head. he melted, but he was good while he lasted.
